A large number of API requests made between August 28, 1.04am and 1.10am PST failed or timed out because a dependent, critical Infrastructure component was unavailable during the period. We have since resolved the issue and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

This incident affected: Match&Merged Data (Search, UPC Lookup, URL Lookup, Semantics3 ID Lookup, Category Scroll, Site Scroll), Realtime APIs (URL Lookup), Raw Data (URL Lookup, Site Scroll), Push Notifications (API, Delivery), and Offers API, Categorization API, Dashboard.
