Increased RealTime API Timeouts

Between 9.40am PDT and 6pm PDT today (April 12 2018), there were an increased number of timeouts from the RealTime Crawl and Price Monitoring APIs. These were caused by an issue with the underlying infrastructure powering these APIs which we have since resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
